SAN MARCOS, Texas. (10/7/16) – The Arkansas State volleyball team saw its 20-match conference win streak come to an end at the hands of Texas State Friday night in a 3-1 (22-25, 24-26, 25-22, 16-25) loss at Strahan Coliseum in San Marcos.
A-State (12-7, 4-1 SBC) hit .140 on the night compared to a .233 mark for the Bobcats (11-9, 4-1 SBC). Additionally, the Red Wolves could only muster five blocks to Texas State’s 11. Mallory Warrington registered her team-best seventh double-double with 50 assists and 16 digs, while Carlisa May (16) and Kenzie Fields (14) led the team in kills.
