JONESBORO, Ark. (3/11/17) – Saturday’s series finale between the Arkansas State baseball team and No. 24 Louisiana Tech has been postponed to Sunday at 1 p.m. due to inclement weather in the Jonesboro area.
Saturday’s first pitch was set for 6 p.m., but there has been rain move through the area early in the day and there is a high chance for more rain and snow later in the evening. Weather has already caused the two teams to play a doubleheader Friday in an effort to beat the anticipated weather today.
The Bulldogs and Red Wolves split yesterday’s doubleheader with Louisiana Tech winning game one 19-3 and A-State bouncing back for a 6-5 victory in game two.
