READING, Pa. (1/21/18) – The Arkansas State women’s bowling squad registered a sixth-place finish Sunday in the final day of the Kutztown Invitational being held at Hiester Lanes in Reading, Pa.
A-State began the day with a match against Delaware State and fell behind the Lady Hornets 3-2 (194-157, 179-201, 213-247, 248-224, 181-204). However, the Red Wolves rolled a 257 to DSU’s 180 in game six to force a decisive game seven, but Delaware State took the match with a 224-203 victory.
Arkansas State bowled against Saint Francis University in its next match with A-State winning game one 214-194 before the Red Flash earned a 217-192 victory in game two.
