JONESBORO, Ark. (1/10/20) – While the calendars have turned to a new decade, the Arkansas State track and field team is set for its second meet of the year, with a small contingent of Red Wolves traveling to Birmingham, Alabama, for the UAB Vulcan Invitational.
A total of 21 current Red Wolves will converge upon the Birmingham CrossPlex, the site of the 2019 NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships, on Saturday. Action begins at 9 a.m. CT with the men's shot put and continues through the women's weight throw at 4 p.m.
In addition to A-State and host UAB, 20 other universities will be represented, including Sun Belt Conference foes Texas State and Troy.
