The NCAA Division I Committee on Infractions will release a public report this morning regarding violations self-reported by Arkansas State, according to an email sent by the NCAA to ASU on Tuesday.
The email, sent to ASU Chancellor Tim Hudson and obtained by the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette through a Freedom of Information Act request, said the NCAA would post the public report to its website at 11 a.m. today.
The email did not specify what sports were involved, but an ASU spokesman said Tuesday that the school recommended a $4,000 fine and to vacate one men's basketball victory from the 2015-2016 season.
