Coming off a dramatic 31-30 home victory over Texas State on Saturday afternoon, Arkansas State Coach Butch Jones was in Little Rock on Monday as the featured guest of the Little Rock Touchdown Club's meeting at the DoubleTree Hotel.
The Red Wolves secured their win since Aug. 30 and ended a four-game losing streak by beating the Bobcats. In his address to the club, Jones highlighted the significance of the win for his team moving forward.
"I'm excited to see where our team goes," Jones said. "I told our team before the game, I said, 'We're going to win the game and we're going to rebuild our football team.
