DADE CITY, Fla. (3/12/19) – The Arkansas State women’s golf team had two players collect top-25 finishes at the Spring Break Shootout, where the Red Wolves finished in eighth place out of 15 teams Tuesday at the Lake Jovita Golf Club.
A-State, which shot a combined 884 for its best three-round score since at least the 1998-99 season, was led by seniors Aracelly Jimenez Rios and Beth Ann Compton, who placed tied for 10th and tied for 23rd, respectively. The squad had five players at least match their lowest score of the season in one of the three rounds.
