JONESBORO, Ark. (1/21/16) – A four-year Arkansas State football letterman from 2012-15 and two-time All-Sun Belt Conference selection, tight end Darion Griswold is set to play in the 2016 East-West Shrine Game this Saturday, Jan. 23, at Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg, Fla.
A member of the John Mackey Award Watch List each of the last two seasons, Griswold will compete for the East team when the NFL Network-televised game kicks off at 3 p.m. (CT).
Griswold will become the fifth all-time Arkansas State player, as well as the first since tight end David Johnson in 2009, to compete in the East-West Shrine Game.
