LAFAYETTE, La. (5/21/18) – The game time for Tuesday’s matchup between Arkansas State and UT Arlington in the Sun Belt Conference Tournament has been moved up two hours to 4:30 p.m. in an effort to beat inclement weather in the Lafayette, La., area the league office announced Monday.
The single-elimination contest between No. 9 Arkansas State and No. 8 UT Arlington had been slated for a first pitch of 6:30 p.m. after the conclusion of Tuesday’s first game between No. 7 Little Rock and No. 10 Georgia State. However, the decision was made to move both games up two hours with the Trojans and Panthers set to play at 1 p.
