Gamble Named Second-Team All-American by Senior Class Award

JONESBORO, Ark. (4/1/16) – Arkansas State senior guard Aundrea Gamble has been named to the Senior CLASS Award All-America Second-Team, the organization announced Friday morning.

Gamble is the second student-athlete in the Arkansas State history to be recognized by the organization after former A-State quarterback Ryan Aplin also earned All-America Second-Team accolades in 2012.

The award, chosen by a nationwide vote of Division I women’s basketball coaches, national basketball media and fans, is given annual to senior student-athletes in NCAA Division I women’s basketball who have notable achievements in classroom, community, character and competition.

Throughout her career, Gamble has been no stranger to excellence in the four areas recognized by the award.
