JONESBORO, Ark. (11/14/16) – Kenzie Fields and Mallory Warrington of the Arkansas State volleyball team were named the Sun Belt Conference Freshman of the Week and Setter of the Week, respectively, the league office announced Monday.
A native of Bartlett, Tenn., Fields led the team with 15 kills on a solid .275 hitting percentage in A-State’s 3-1 win over Little Rock Friday, Nov. 11. She was just one dig shy of a double-double with nine and also added a team-high four blocks. The outside hitter also posted two service aces to give her 27 for the year, the most on the team.
