JONESBORO -- Coming off a bye week, Arkansas State was back at practice Tuesday ahead of its home matchup against Georgia Southern on Saturday, which will mark the first of five straight games to close the regular season for the Red Wolves.
ASU (3-4, 2-1 Sun Belt Conference) is riding a two-game winning streak after mounting a fourth-quarter rally in its last outing on Oct. 14 during a 15-14 win at South Alabama. A last-second 38-yard field goal by Clune Van Andel proved to be the difference.
"We have to be a much better football team," ASU Coach Butch Jones said at his weekly news conference.
