JONESBORO, Ark. (6/15/16) – Athlon Sports has announced its 2016 Preseason All-Sun Belt Conference Football Team, which features a league-high 19 Arkansas State selections made up of 17 different players.
A-State has claimed four of the last five Sun Belt championships and is coming off a 9-4 campaign in 2015 that saw the Red Wolves produce an unblemished 8-0 league record on their way to the conference title.
Including a combined six first-team choices, Arkansas State saw eight players from both the offensive and defensive side of the ball find a place on Athlon Sports’ preseason All-SBC list.
