Arkansas State Athletic Director Terry Mohajir said he has three prerequisites when considering to schedule a high-profile nonconference football opponent.
The potential team has to bring ASU exposure, it has to help his department's budget, and a victory has to deliver a boost to ASU's national profile. Mohajir said the latest game he's scheduled for the Red Wolves checks all three boxes.
