JONESBORO, Ark. (4/4/15) – Arkansas State head soccer coach Brian Dooley has announced the signing of Finland native Annica Karlsson to the 2015 class, bringing the class’ total to six headed into the spring months.
Karlsson, a 5-foot-6 midfielder, prepped at Makelanrinne Sports High School in Helsinki, Finland and is currently a member of the FC Honka Club team. She has also competed with the Finnish national team at the GU15-GU18 levels.
“Annica is a very technical midfielder with great passing ability,” Dooley said. “She maintains composure on the ball and has the ability to create scoring opportunities for her teammates.
