SMYRNA, Tenn. (3/17/17) – The Arkansas State women’s bowling team registered a total pinfall of 5,084 for a 203.4 per game average to find itself on top of the standings after the first day of the Columbia 300 Music City Classic being hosted by Vanderbilt at the Smyrna Bowling Center in Smyrna, Tenn.
A-State’s total pinfall leads the standings with McKendree’s 5,049 and Fairleigh Dickinson’s 5,005 placing second and third, respectively. The top five is rounded out by Vandy’s 4,981 and Delaware State’s 4,951.
“Tomorrow we need to find a way to hit the burn of the lanes better,” A-State head women’s bowling coach Justin Kostick said.
