A-State is now 12-24 on the season and 4-14 in league play after getting swept by Troy April 20-21. The Red Wolves lost the first game 4-3 before losing a doubleheader by scores of 13-10 and 12-9 after the Sunday game was moved up to beat incoming rain.
Bradey Welsh picked up his sixth quality start in the Friday contest by allowing three runs in 6.1 innings. The sixth quality start makes him tied for first on the team with Nate Alberius.
