EMERSON, Ga. (2/26/16) – The Arkansas State baseball team lost on a softly-hit, walk-off single to Morehead State Friday at the Perfect Game Complex in Emerson, Ga., by a score of 2-1 despite seven shutout innings from A-State starter Tyler Zuber.
Morehead State (4-1) couldn’t get much going all game long with just seven singles, but the last one proved to be the one that hurt A-State (2-3) the most in the bottom of the ninth. J.D. Miller subbed in to pitch, but was pulled in favor of Tanner Ring after a single and walk.
