AUBURN, Ala. (5/11/25) – Arkansas State's Jack Maxey and Thomas Schmidt were individuals selected into the NCAA Auburn Regional at Auburn University Club starting May 12 over three days.
Maxey, A-State's first individual conference champion since 1997, begins the first round with a tee time of 9:31 a.m. Schmidt, an at-large selection, follows two groups later with tee time of 9:53 a.m. Maxey and Schmidt are among 10 individuals and 13 teams competing at the regional. The second round is Tuesday with the third and final round of the 54-hole regional Wednesday.
The low individual not on among the five advancing teams from each regional site will advance to compete in the national championships to be played May 23-28 at Omni La Costa Resort & Spa in Carlsbad, Calif.
