JONESBORO, Ark. (11/9/16) – Arkansas State women’s basketball coach Brian Boyer has announced the signing of Nemo Vista High School product Maggie Mahan to a National Letter of Content to continue her career with the Red Wolves.
Mahan, a three-time 1A state champion with the Redhawks, averaged 8.8 points and 4.4 rebounds per game during her junior season. She shot 63 percent from the free throw line and earned 1A All-State and All-State Tournament honors, while also being named the Arkansas Basketball Coaches Association (ArBCA) “Starting 5.”
“Maggie is scoring guard and has the ability to score in many different ways,” Boyer said.
