A-State Track and Field Awarded For Academic Success

JONESBORO, Ark. (7/26/18) – The Arkansas State men’s and women’s track and field teams were honored Thursday by the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) for their academic success during the 2018 indoor and outdoor season.

Heinrich Herbst, Itamar Levi and Cristian Ravar Ladislau earned All-Academic honors for the men’s team while Hannah Dunderdale and Babette Vandeput represented the women’s side. The A-State women’s team also earned honors as an All-Academic Team.

In order to qualify as an individual, an athlete must have earned a 3.25 GPA or higher, and rank in the top 96 in an indoor event or on a top-48 indoor relay team or compete at an NCAA Outdoor preliminary.
