A-State Tennis Drops Road Match to Western Kentucky

LEXINGTON, Ky. (2/17/17) – The Arkansas State women’s tennis team fell to Western Kentucky 5-2 in Lexington, Ky., on Friday afternoon.

Julie Gauguery won her second straight singles’ match of the season with a 6-2, 6-2 victory over Andreanna Christopoulou in the No. 1 match, while Victoria Pisiani earned a thrilling 6-4, 2-6, 10-8 win in the No. 4 match to account for both of A-State’s points on the afternoon.
