A-State Teams Finish Strong at Lady Red Wolves Classic

JONESBORO, Ark. (10/17/17) – The Arkansas State women’s golf team won their first tournament of the season as the black team carded a final-round score of 302, while the red team tied Belmont University for runner-up honors with a third-round score of 311 at the Sage Meadows Country Club.

The tournament win marks the team’s highest finish of the young season. The Red Wolves also dominated the tournament’s individual play. A-State finished with four players inside the top-five, and five inside the top-10.
