KYLE, Texas (02/13/18) – The Arkansas State women’s golf team completed the final day of the Texas State Invitational by finishing in ninth place among 17 teams competing at the Plum Creek Golf Course.
The Red Wolves duplicated their first round performance yesterday by posting a second round 307 before finishing strong by carding a third round 298. With the ninth place finish, the team now has six consecutive top-10 finishes for 2017-18 campaign.
The team was paced once again by junior Aracelly Jimenez Rios and senior Sarah Childers, who both finished among the top-25 individual players.
