JONESBORO, Ark. (8/11/17) – The Arkansas State women's soccer team silenced Arkansas-Pine Bluff, 6-0, in a three-period friendly-exhibition match Friday afternoon at the Student Activity Center located on the A-State campus.
Freshman Sarah Sodoma led the way with two goals, while Bailey Reed assisted on two goals as the Red Wolves' defense limited UAPB to five shots on the afternoon.
A-State opened the period attacking the goal early and registered four shots on goal in the early minutes of the game. In the 11th minute, Taylor Schneider netted the first goal of the afternoon on a header off a corner kick by Bailey Reed.
