BIRMINGHAM, Ala./COLUMBIA, Mo. (1/17/20) – Split between two meets, the Arkansas State track and field team continued its strong start to the 2019-20 season on Friday at the Missouri Intercollegiate and Samford Invitational.
In total, A-State athletes amassed 20 collegiate bests, which marks the second time in three weekends of competition that the Red Wolves have tallied 20 or more personal-best marks. Arkansas State athletes also tallied a total of 36 top-five finishes that included 25 placements inside the top three of each event. Four athletes claimed the top spot in their events, including a men's and women's sweep in the 200m at Samford.
