LAFAYETTE, La. (10/24/20) – In the series finale on Saturday at Earl K. Long Gym, Arkansas State dropped a 3-0 (25-21, 25-23, 25-20) sweep to Louisiana.
A-State (6-5, 6-5 Sun Belt Conference) kept all three sets close throughout, but the Ragin' Cajuns (13-4, 7-4 SBC) picked up late runs in all three sets to take the match.
Madison Brown once again led the Red Wolves in kills with a match-high 18 along with six digs, giving the Cabot, Arkansas, native 67 total kills over the three-match series. Lauren Musante recorded her eighth double-double of the year with 27 assists and 10 digs to go along with a career-high four blocks.
