JONESBORO, Ark. (2/6/19) – The Arkansas State women’s bowling team announced the signing of Faith Welch to a National Letter of Intent to continue her collegiate career with the Red Wolves.
Welch prepped at Hardin County high school where she was a four-time Tennessee state champion. She finished fifth at Nationals bowling a 299 average.
The Hardin County Tennessee Native., was awarded the Tennessee Miss Bowling Division 1 Bowler of the year. She set a Tennessee state record for the 8-game single qualifier with a 1,729 pinfall while also setting a single-game record of 289.
In 2018, Welch competed in USA Team Trails where she finished 52ndoverall and 23rdin the youth division.
