LAWRENCE, Kan. (10/6/25) – The Arkansas State women's golf team completed two rounds of play at the Marilynn Smith Sunflower Invitational, but play was suspended due to darkness before all 14 teams in the field at Lawrence Country Club could complete the second round.
With play suspended, A-State stands 10th at 41-over par. The Red Wolves shot 27-over par in the first round, but were 13 strokes better in the second round to move up four spots in the standings. Kansas completed 36 holes and is 7-under par. Missouri (+11), Cal Baptist (+13), Cal State Fullerton (+13), UC Davis (+23), Notre Dame (+25), UC Irvine (+29), Central Arkansas (+32) and Delaware complete the nine teams ahead of A-State.
