JONESBORO, Ark. (2/27/19) – Powered by a six-run sixth inning the Arkansas State baseball team completed a series sweep over Mississippi Valley State with a 10-0 victory Wednesday evening at Tomlinson Stadium.
The Red Wolves (7-2) broke the game open in the sixth inning when Kyle MacDonald singled to right and Justin Felix followed with an RBI double. a wild pitch brought home Sky-Lar Culver and Felix later scored on another wild pitch. Freshman Eli Davis followed with an RBI triple and later scored on a sacrifice fly by Andrew Leggo to give the A-State a 9-0 lead.
