JONESBORO, Ark. (12/8/16) – The Arkansas State Department of Athletics has announced that its Feb. 18 men’s and women’s basketball doubleheader against Little Rock has been rescheduled for Feb. 17 to accommodate changes in the Convocation Center’s event calendar.
The back-to-back doubleheader will start with the women’s contest at 5:30 p.m., followed by the men’s game at 7:30 p.m. The games will be held as part of a Convocation Center 30th-year Anniversary weekend, which also now includes a Luke Bryan appearance as part of his “Kill the Lights Tour” the next day.
“Because of this unique opportunity to secure a high-profile act such as Luke Bryan and increase exposure for the Jonesboro community, we chose to move our basketball games against Little Rock to Feb.
