For the first time since Bobby Petrino took over as the Arkansas football team’s interim head coach Sept. 28, the Razorbacks are anticipating a home game with no rain in the forecast.
Arkansas (2-6, 0-4 SEC) is hoping some metaphorical sunshine also falls on Reynolds Razorback Stadium for its Week 10 matchup against SEC-winless mate Mississippi State (4-4, 0-4). The Razorbacks have not won inside their home stadium since downing Alabama A&M 52-7 in the season opener.
“The sun’s going to be out,” Petrino said Wednesday night. “It’s going to be warm, and we need to pack the stadium and give us that home field advantage.
