What Arkansas interim football coach Bobby Petrino said on his radio show ahead of Texas A&M game

FAYETTEVILLE — Texas A&M is not the only thing Arkansas interim football coach Bobby Petrino is preparing his team for this week.

Speaking on the Razorback Football Live radio show at the Catfish Hole restaurant Wednesday night, Petrino addressed how Saturday’s rainy forecast has impacted practices this week.

According to the National Weather Service, storms are expected throughout Saturday in Fayetteville. South winds are expected to blow 10-15 mph, with gusts reaching 20 mph.

The Razorbacks (2-4, 0-2 SEC) and Aggies are scheduled to kick off at 2:30 p.m. Saturday on ESPN.

“We’ve done a little bit of throwing the wet ball around and catching it and snapping it and punting it,” Petrino said.
