FAYETTEVILLE — While working to finish off his 2020 recruiting class this past weekend, Arkansas coach Sam Pittman took time to hug it out with one of the state’s best junior prospects.
Wynne offensive lineman Terry Wells (6-4, 290) revved up Pittman’s Saturday afternoon when he became the Razorbacks’ first 2021 pledge.
“They were very excited,” Wells said of Pittman and Arkansas offensive line coach Brad Davis. “Sam Pittman hugged me for like two minutes straight and I was pulling apart and he said, ‘No sir, I’ll let you know.'”
Wells always thought he would end up being a Razorback, but did visit a few other places before making his pledge to head to Fayetteville for his college football.
