Arkansas' men's golf team finished in 6th place at the NCAA Austin Regional on Wednesday and failed to qualify for next week's NCAA Golf Championships at The Blessings in Fayetteville.
The Razorbacks collectively finished 8 over in the final round and 13 over in three days of competition at The University of Texas Golf Club. Arkansas ended play five shots back of fifth-place Southern California, which shot 2 under in the third round and 8 over for the 54-hole event.
Host and No. 6 Texas, which won the regional at 25 under, TCU (-5), Clemson (-1) and Pepperdine (+6) also finished ahead of Arkansas.
