Jaxon Smith-Njigba (6-1, 190 pounds, 4.47 seconds in the 40-yard-dash) of Rockwall, Texas, has 16 scholarship offers from schools like Arkansas, Ohio State, Minnesota, Nebraska, TCU, Texas Tech and others.
Rockwall head coach Rodney Webb, whose daughter attends school at Arkansas, put in a good word for him.
“They were the first to offer at SMU,” Smith-Njigba said. “That was actually after my freshman year going into my sophomore year.
