It’s well-known that the state of Arkansas isn’t a recruiting hot bed, so when talent does spike in Arkansas, the Razorbacks have to take advantage. Usually, though, the Razorbacks have to recruit heavily in the bordering states to keep pace in the SEC.

3. 2009
The skinny: This was Bobby Petrino’s second class at Arkansas and the supposed headliner was a rare in-state five-star prospect in DB Darius Winston, who indeed played well.
