FAYETTEVILLE — New Arkansas football coach Ryan Silverfield will retain one on-field assistant coach from Sam Pittman's staff. Tight ends coach Morgan Turner will remain with the Razorbacks, according to a report from CBS Sports' Brandon Marcello on Saturday.
Turner has been at Arkansas since 2023, when he joined Pittman's staff after 13 seasons at Stanford.
In his first season, freshman Luke Hasz had a standout start with 253 yards in his first five games before a season-ending injury. Hasz and the rest of the Razorbacks' tight ends were less of a factor as pass-catchers in 2024, and Hasz transferred to Ole Miss after the season.
