Arkansas concluded its regular-season campaign in emphatic fashion this past weekend, beating Tennessee – and Tony Vitello – in back-to-back games to claim the series. The good times are still simmering for the No. 5 team in the land – and so are some Razorbacks’ tempers, and for good reason.
Saturday’s rubber-match victory improved the Diamond Hogs to 43-12 overall and 20-10 in the SEC, which is good for a second-place finish in the league. Regardless of what happens in the SEC Tournament this week, the Razorbacks will comfortably be a top-8 seed when the NCAA Tournament bracket is revealed next Monday.
