The close race for the SEC soccer regular-season title got tighter Friday.
No. 6 Arkansas entered the league's weekday games with a one-point lead over No. 5 Tennessee. The Volunteers tied Oklahoma 0-0 on Thursday, giving the Razorbacks an opportunity to extend their lead at the top.
Arkansas, though, did not capitalize.
The Razorbacks fell 1-0 to No. 22 Georgia in Athens, Ga., on Friday, meaning they are tied with Tennessee for first place with 16 points. Arkansas holds a tiebreaker due to having more goals scored against common opponents.
The Razorbacks and Volunteers do not play each other in the regular season.
