Missouri State transfer outfielder Zack Stewart commits to Arkansas baseball

FAYETTEVILLE — Missouri State outfielder Zack Stewart announced he is transferring to the Arkansas baseball team Tuesday.

Stewart, the 2023 Missouri Valley Conference freshman of the year, had a .292 batting average, .567 slugging percentage, 44 home runs, 34 doubles and 147 RBI over his three-year tenure with the Bears. He drew 76 walks and struck out 195 times.

As a junior in 2025, Stewart batted .269 with 11 home runs, 8 doubles, 31 RBI, 27 walks and 63 strikeouts.

During his MVC freshman of the year campaign, he batted .302 with 12 home runs, 18 doubles and 61 RBI.
