FAYETTEVILLE — As of Thursday, there were 30 players in Division I women’s basketball averaging at least 10 rebounds per game. Of that number, all but one is at least 5-10.

The exception to the list: Arkansas guard Bonnie Deas, a 5-9 freshman who hails from Melbourne, Australia.

With her 12.2 points and 10.2 rebounds per game, Deas is the nation’s shortest player to average a double-double — a feat she has accomplished five times for the Razorbacks (10-3) this year.

Her latest stat-stuffing performance came Wednesday night during a 92-77 victory over Missouri-Kansas City, when Deas recorded 14 points, 16 rebounds, 7 assists and 4 steals before fouling out with 1:57 remaining.
