Arkansas 0, Ole Miss - End 1st Inning
Arkansas squandered a great scoring opportunity after Casey Martin doubled on the first pitch of the bottom of the first inning. Martin moved to third base on a fly out by Heston Kjerstad, but Trevor Ezell and Dominic Fletcher both struck out to end the inning.
Connor Noland had strong defense behind him in the top of the inning. Martin turned a double play after an Ole Miss leadoff single, and Christian Franklin made an outstanding diving catch to end the inning. Franklin probably covered 30-40 yards on his run from left field into shallow center.
