Keegan Smith was everywhere.
The sophomore goalkeeper for the No. 13 Arkansas soccer team made 9 saves during the Razorbacks’ 1-0 win at No. 11 BYU in Provo, Utah, on Tuesday, giving the Razorbacks necessary cover to eventually score the winner.
Smith denied Cougars forward Ellie Walbruch with her left foot after rushing across goal. She made a one-handed diving stop to her left on a thunderous strike from Afton Perry and denied Sophie Sivulich in similar fashion.
Those saves, each coming in the second half, were the highlights of her night, but Smith controlled her box well and was good in distribution.
