FAYETTEVILLE — After transferring from Florida after last season, defensive end Justus Boone was somewhat of an unknown commodity for the Arkansas football team during spring practices.
While the Razorbacks were searching for candidates to replenish the pass-rushing production of former standout Landon Jackson, the transfer was simply searching for ways to make Fayetteville feel like home. It was his first time in four years residing outside of Gainesville, Fla.
With that came forming bonds with new coaches, trying to gain the respect of teammates, working to grasp new schemes and, as to be expected, a large learning curve.
