In a press release announcing his upcoming tour dates, country music star Joe Diffie was asked his opinion on where the Arkansas Razorbacks should go now that the SEC is being dissolved. “Well, I’ve always wanted to see an in-state rivalry form with Arkansas and Arkansas State. It’s super important that these two teams play because the internet says so.”
When asked why he thinks Arkansas would ever take such a huge step down in conference affiliation, Diffie shrugged and said “I don’t know. It’s better than going to the Big 12, though.”
