Former Arkansas receiver and punt return specialist Joe Adams is joining the high school football staff at his alma mater Central Arkansas Christian in North Little Rock.
Mustangs coach Tommy Shoemaker made the announcement in a post to his Twitter account on Wednesday. Shoemaker told WholeHogSports that Adams will coach inside wide receivers and cornerbacks.
“Joe is a tremendous person and has unlimited potential in the coaching profession,” Shoemaker added. “We are blessed to have him on Mustang Mountain!”
Adams was a prep standout at CAC, recording 80 tackles, 15 pass breakups and five interceptions defensively as a senior.
