Rain wasn’t the only thing dropping on Arkansas Friday. Most of the last week has been relatively quiet for the Arkansas basketball program front, with Zvonimir Ivisic’s entry into the transfer portal the only major needle mover. The end of the week, however, unleashed a veritable downpour of news in contrast.
First, Arkansas point guard Boogie Fland announced he was entering the NBA Draft, as expected.
A hand injury knocked Fland out for most of the SEC slate and took him out of contention to be a lottery pick, but he’s still projected to be a first-round selection by both Bleacher Report and CBS.
