It just means more games: Arkansas baseball still facing SEC foes

OMAHA, Neb. — League play ended nearly a month ago, but the SEC gauntlet is not over for the Arkansas baseball team.

The Razorbacks will play LSU at the College World Series on Saturday night. First pitch is scheduled for 6 p.m. at Charles Schwab Field.

Arkansas will play its 34th game against an SEC opponent and third in a row. The Razorbacks and the Tigers could play twice more before their runs end in Omaha.

The Razorbacks (48-13) finished second in the SEC this year with a 20-10 in regular-season conference play.
