As major college football jobs fly open all around the country, Arkansas may have a tough decision to make with interim coach Bobby Petrino, even after a tough defeat at the hands of Auburn on Saturday.
Arkansas fans hoped that such an offensive guru and effective play-caller would keep delivering on the higher-octane offense front, but the game management issues Petrino had in a clunker of a loss to Auburn put that in doubt in the coming weeks with Mississippi State, LSU, Texas and Missouri on tap.
Arkansas sits at 2-6 and many insiders think that Petrino would need to reel off at least three wins to land the full-time job.
